This site is published by Kamil Adrian Slodki, trading as SatData Solutions, Valencia, Spain. Using it means accepting what follows. These terms cover the website. Use of the Lynxaris platform is governed by a separate written agreement, signed before access.
What this site is
A description of a product under development. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Availability, scope and pricing are agreed in writing or not at all.
Not regulatory or legal advice
Lynxaris supports a compliance decision and shows the reasoning behind it. It does not issue legal verdicts, and neither does this site. Sanctions, export control and customs obligations are yours; determining them is the responsibility of the party carrying out the transaction. Nothing published here substitutes for advice from a qualified professional or for the official text of the applicable regulation.

The datasets named on this site belong to their publishers and are used under the licences stated next to each of them. Their inclusion is a statement of provenance, not an endorsement by those publishers of this product. Official texts published by an authority always prevail over any representation of them here or in the product.
The illustration on the home page
The corridor graphic is labelled as an illustrative state. Its geometry (coastline, chokepoint coordinates and great-circle route) is real. The operating states shown on it are an illustration of the interface, not a live assessment of any route, and must not be relied on for any operational decision.

The site is provided as it is. No uptime is promised and none is measured. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the content of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, code and graphics of this site are the property of SatData Solutions, except for third-party material used under its own licence, including the coastline data (Natural Earth, public domain) and the display typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1). Lynxaris is used as a trade name; no registration is claimed at this time.
Governing law
Spanish law applies, and the courts of Valencia, Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
