This notice covers this website only. The Lynxaris platform is not generally available; a separate data processing agreement governs it and is provided before any access is granted.
Who is responsible

What this website collects
- No cookies. This site sets none, not for analytics, not for preferences, not for advertising. That is why you were not asked to consent to any.
- No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no social widgets, no third-party fonts. Every asset on the page is served from this domain.
- Aggregate traffic measurement. Page views are counted in an aggregate, cookieless way that does not build a profile of you and does not follow you across sites.
- Server and network logs. The hosting and network provider processes technical connection data (including IP address) to deliver the page and to defend against abuse. This is standard infrastructure logging, retained for a short period.
If you email us
Writing to the address above sends your message, your email address and whatever you choose to include to an email provider. It is used to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry, and pre-contractual steps where you are asking about access.

Transfers
The site is served from a content delivery network with points of presence worldwide, so the page itself may be served to you from outside the EEA. Correspondence by email is processed by a provider that may process data outside the EEA under the transfer mechanisms in Chapter V GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, where applicable. Write to the contact address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the review date at the top changes with it and the reason is stated. It is not updated silently.
